In the car, a driver and his girlfriend and two of their friends are in the back seat. They attended prom and a party afterward where they started drinking and doing a few drugs.
In the truck, a young husband and wife who went out to eat. They stopped at the sitter's house to pick up their newborn child but didn't place her in a car seat because it was only a short ride home.
Decisions were made that night that impacted the lives of all involved as the driver of the car runs a stop sign directly into the path of the truck. By the end of the night, several are injured and two have died.
The dangers of drinking and driving were presented in a very realistic way at Pike County High School in the 2011 Ghost Out. Thank you to all who were involved in this presentation. You did a great job!
